The Town of Davie, FL desired a phased Asset Prioritization Plan for their major water and wastewater treatment facilities as part of the development of a long-term Master Plan. MME developed the field condition assessments, criticality analyses, estimated capital and O&M costs, and dynamic Prioritization Plans for repair and replacement projects to maintain system reliability over a 20-yr period. Facilities evaluated included two water treatment plants, two tertiary wastewater treatment plants, and five master wastewater pump stations for the Town of Davie, FL.

Wastewater Rate Study for Orange County Sanitation District, CA
MME principal Steve McDonald led the development of a wastewater rate study that addressed innovative methods and approaches for allocating costs to the various user groups, and that assessed alternative rate structures for the Orange County Sanitation District, CA. This included monthly stakeholder workshops with a Rate Advisory Committee (RAC), and senior OCSD staff and Board members. The RAC members were composed of stakeholders representing the residential, commercial, and industrial user groups.
